DutiesMentors are paired a skilled newcomer from their same profession. They assist a mentee in: 
•understanding the Canadian context of their profession and workplace culture 
•gathering information on their occupation and industry 
•improving job search strategies and networks

ClientsClients are job-ready skilled immigrants who have at least 2 years of international work experience in their profession before coming to Canada.

TrainingOrientation ; Training on-going ; An orientation is provided for Mentors prior to meeting their mentee. Mentors also have access to on-line resources, professional development sessions and the support of a mentoring coach throughout their mentoring relationship.
TransportationMentoring takes place at a location convenient for the mentor
