DutiesThe Visiting Library Service provides a wide range of library materials to Burlington residents who are unable to get to the library themselves. Volunteers of this program, enhance and extend the service by providing monthly delivery and pick-up of library materials to eligible readers.  
Duties include: 
- Deliver material to customer on a monthly basis 
- Arrange delivery times 
- Pick-up material customer is finished with 
- Demonstrate new library resources to customers 
- Communicate requests/change of information to VLS staff 
- Attend quarterly Volunteer meetings 
- Represent the library in a positive and professional manner
