Duties

Held annually, The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. Let's walk together on February 24, 2024!

Multiple opportunities including...

  • Welcome / Greeting team: direct people to the parking and welcome the walkers towards the check-in
  • Welcome / Cheerleaders: stand at the front door welcoming and cheering on those who enter
  • Send Off & Welcome Back crew: direct people onto the route and get them going in the right direction. They remain in place to send off late walkers and welcome back walkers 
  • Route Marshalls: stand along the route cheering on the walkers, while also acting as a guide for the route
  • Food and Beverage team: prepare and distribute the food, as well as seyt-up and take down the food station
