CommentsFor over 80 years, the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) has been Canada’s cancer voice and leading authority on the disease. We’re the only organization that fights all types of cancer, supports and advocates for patients and their families, and champions those who care about a future where no Canadian fears cancer.  
Daffodil Month, held every April, is our national fundraising campaign. Monies raised allow us to continue our critical work in the fight against cancer.

DutiesManage one or two daffodil pin sites (retail locations) over two or four consecutive days.  
Coordinate the scheduled volunteers at a local business . 
Call volunteers a few days before to remind them of their shift. 
Pick up needed items from office. 
Set up the supplies each morning, and give the volunteer directions. 
Check on the location throughout the day, and be on-call if a volunteer does not show up for their shift. 
Pick up all the supplies and funds at the end of each day. 
Act as a liaison between the site and office, relay messages and information to ensure smooth operations and successful sales.
