Duties | As the Recruitment and Retention Lead, you are organized, self-motivated, and have great interpersonal skills. Using your personal and professional networks, you will assist in promotion and recruitment for the Relay For Life event by collaborating with your Canadian Cancer Society staff partner and the Relay For Life Event Chair. This role involves prospecting, developing, and establishing new relationships and leads, as well as educating them about this opportunity. You will also be provided contact information for participants from the previous year's event; you will become their point of contact for engaging in 2020! | ||
