Comments | Help save lives in our community by booking a group donation with your friends, family and/or colleagues. This is a group blood donation opportunity. Contact kimberly.martin@blood.ca for more details. The Burlington Blood Donor Clinic requires 252 blood donations a week. Targets come from the hospital based on historical and current needs. One blood donation can save up to 3 lives. A car accident victim can require up to 50 units of blood within the first 24 hours of their accident. One unit comes from one donation. Essentially, 50 people can be required to save a car accident victim’s life. Be a hero, roll up your sleeves and save a life. We thank you in advance for your time and consideration! | ||
