CommentsThis position would be with TEACH, a peer initiative of Support & Housing - Halton. TEACH offers peer-led workshops and drop-in groups to individuals, aged 16 and older, living with mental health and/or addiction challenges. This position is suitable for those who identify as living with their own mental health and/or addiction challenges, and who are interested in supporting others. If this sounds like you, we would love to speak with you about volunteering with our peer support groups.

DutiesParticipate as a peer mentor or group supporter in one of our 8 week peer workshops or in one of our CheckPoint drop in groups. The candidate will have their own personal lived experience with a mental health issue(s) and/or addiction or addictive behaviour pattern.
