| Duties | o Prepare snack using ingredients provided by KSM o Interact positively with children o Set up food service area prior to children’s arrival (cups, plates, cutlery, scrape bins etc.) o Follow safe food handling practices during food preparation & serving o Serve snack to 30 children o Clean up dining area and kitchen in accordance with KSM guidelines | ||
