DutiesAs the Participant and Team Coaching lead, you will utilize your personal and professional networks to raise awareness, encourage participation and drive fundraising results for local participants and teams. You will oversee all participant and team activities, as well as ensure participants have the required tools and resources to be successful and have fun raising money to reach their goals. Your strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management and passion for helping others will be an asset. 
The team will meet regularly over the course of the year, with increasing commitments as the event approaches. Each team member will have their own portfolio but will share a passion for the mission: to provide the opportunity for those affected by cancer to come together and draw support while raising funds for critical, life-saving cancer research and programs.
