DutiesWe are in need of volunteers to assist people in poverty with filling out taxes once a month for 2-3 hours. These are people who find it difficult in the winter to get their taxes done and need support at other times. People who have not been able to complete their taxes are not able to access other support services so this is often the first step in getting the supports they need. Please spread the word. We are looking for 6 to 8 people who are able to take turns. This is mainly work week times but we can accommodate weekends and evenings as well.
