Public Comments Community organizations are hosting free virtual tax clinics  
* volunteers may be able to complete and file your taxes for free, by videoconference or by phone

Volunteers Clinics do not complete returns for tax situations involving any of the following:  
* self-employment income or employment expenses  
* business or rental income and expenses  
* interest income over $1,000  
* capital gains or losses  
* foreign property (T1135)  
* bankrupt individuals in the year of bankruptcy (or the year prior, if that return has not been filed)  
* deceased individuals

2021 clinics are still being organized, information will be added to this listing as it becomes available 
 
Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) free tax clinics will be held in March and April 2021 (for 2020 tax year)  
* for those with simple tax situations and modest income (for details see 'Eligibility' below)
