Description (Service)	Business Licences: responsible for issuing licenses for certain businesses, including: personal services, taxi drivers, restaurants and adult entertainers Charitable Functions: responsible for issuing licences for charitable functions contact the Bylaw Division for information on how to obtain a licence for raffles, bingo, break-open tickets and bazaars Hot Tub Permits: responsible for issuing hot tub under 8m2 permits (need to apply as well as submit other required documents)
