Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides windrow (snow plowed across driveways) clearance from mid-November to late March, for people with disabilities living at eligible properties (for details see "Eligibility" below) 
 
Windrow clearing contractors are dispatched after the completion of all roadway plowing * residents can expect windrows to be cleared within 40 hours after the snow stops and within 16 hours of the completion of all roadway plowing * does not clear windrows left by sidewalk plows  
 
Program limited to first 175 registrants * non-refundable fee for the full season for each driveway entrance
