Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides services for youth and adults struggling with eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa * helps to eliminate or reduce symptoms of their eating disorder and develop adaptive strategies * offers specialized programming for transitional aged youth, attention deficit disorders, and anxiety * as a member of Central West Eating Disorder Program (CWEDP), the team works in partnership with Treillis Mental Health and Developmental Services, Trillium Health Partners and William Osler Health System

Services include:
  • psychiatric assessment and treatment
  • individual, group and family counselling
  • nutritional assessment and counselling
  • education and support for family members through individual and group sessions
Hours Mon, Thu 8am-5:30pm * Tue, Wed 8am-8pm * Fri 8am-5pm

Boundaries Halton Region and Mississauga
Eligibility People of all ages living in Halton and children and youth living in Mississauga who are diagnosed with a mild to moderate eating disorders * as eating disorders are associated with serious medical complications, patients must be medically stable and monitored by their family physician
Application Physician's referral needs to be faxed to One-Link (form attached)
