Birth Certificates are available through the Newborn Registration Service at ServiceOntario.

• issues marriage licences authorized officiants are available to perform simple, dignified civil marriage ceremonies
• offers a Commissioner of Oaths authorized by the Province of Ontario, to take oaths or statutory declarations 
• offers Licensing Services  
• responds to Freedom of Information requests 

For a death that occurred in Ontario, apply online for a death certificate through the ServiceOntario website

• Complete the death certificate application through that website, and submit it online or print a hard copy for mailing
• A hard copy application is also available in person from the Clerk's department at Town Hall and mail it to:
