Provides accessible materials, adaptive technology, and support services for individuals with print disabilities and other accessibility needs.

  • Alternative format materials, including audio, Braille, large print, and descriptive video
  • Access to CNIB/CELA collections and services
  • Assistive technology, including screen readers, magnification software, and reading machines
  • Accessible devices, including DAISY players and magnifiers
  • Delivery by mail for eligible users unable to visit a branch
  • Connection kits and accessible tablets for eligible users
  • Website accessibility tools and supported applications
