The town currently has four outdoor skateboard parks, with a fifth under construction 
* helmets are mandatory at skateboard parks  
* additional personal protective equipment such as wrist guards, elbow pads and knee pads are recommended 
* the use of BMX or mountain bikes is prohibited 
 
George Savage Park 
* 3200 George Savage Avenue (beside Oodenawi Public School) 
* 3,800 square foot park  
* includes quarter pipe, flat ledge, flat bar, rooftop wedge to wedge and rooftop ledge, manual box and out-ledge combination, and cantilevered turnaround banks 
 
Glen Abbey Park 
* 1415 Third Line, Glen Abbey Community Centre 
* 3,500 square foot park built on concrete pad 
* includes several ramps, grind rails, a planter, grind box and jersey barrier 
 
Glenashton Park 
* 1051 Glenashton Drive, Iroquois Ridge Community Centre 
* 3,500 square foot park built on concrete pad  
* includes several ramps, a mini half pipe, a planter, a kinked grind rail, a grind box and stairs 
 
Shell Park 
* 3307 Lakeshore Road West 
* 14,000 square foot park  
* 26 cement ramps  
* open year round weather permitting  
* skateboard classes are offered in the Spring and Fall 
 
William Rose Park (Shieldbay Development) 
* 455 Wheat Boom Drive 
* a minor skateboard park
