Description (Service)	A complete fitness, recreation and cultural facility that includes: Fitness Centre certified instructors and trainers sprung wood aerobics floor circuit & weight training equipment free weights cardio equipment treadmills elliptical trainers cycles rowers outdoor tennis courts Pool eight lane swimming pool with ramp access and leisure pool with a water slide, hydrojets and stair access pool offers full range of learn to swim classes for ages 4 months-adult offers public and private swim lessons, leadership and specialty classes recreational swims, including combo, length and family swims family change rooms (aquatics) Pools, gym, four community rooms, are available for rent Also at this location: Iroquois Ridge Branch library - more information here Iroquois Ridge Older Adults Centre - more information here Designated as a local cooling centre during times of extreme heat and a warming centre during times of extreme cold

Eligibility	Fitness Centre: 14+ years To swim alone: 7+ years, and meets height requirements 7-9 years of age, must pass recreational swim admission standard to swim alone; otherwise must be accompanied in the water by an adult who is at arms' reach at all times any child under 7 years of age must be accompanied in the water by an adult who is within arms' reach at all times
