Complete Breast Care Program

  • a specialized, patient-centred approach to breast care

Complete Colorectal Care Program

  • provides a coordinated, patient-centered approach to care where patients can receive diagnostic tests, consultation and surgical care, all in one place

Eye Clinic

  • provides laser treatment for eye conditions resulting from diabetes, glaucoma and retinal tears

Fracture Clinic

  • provides care to patients with orthopaedic injuries— injuries relating to the bones and joints as result of an accident or trauma to the body

General Internal Medicine Rapid Assessment Clinic (GIMRAC)

  • an acute medicine clinic with the main focus of providing urgent consultation from an internal medicine specialist to people who would otherwise require ED consultation or being admitted

Hand and Upper Limb Clinic

  • provides time-limited therapeutic assessment & treatment to patients who have experienced an injury to their hand(s) and/or arm(s) following significant injury

Heart Function Clinic

  • provides care to adults with a new diagnosis of heart failure and/or recurrent symptomatic heart failure

Infectious Diseases Clinic

  • provides outpatient care for complex infectious diseases

Medical Daycare

  • provides infusions, transfusions and phlebotomies on an outpatient basis

Speech Language Pathology Clinic

  • provides time-limited assessment and treatment for adults who are experiencing significant difficulties
