Description (Service) Objectives are to relieve poverty, provide parent education and support and to provide educational, recreational and social opportunities for people of all abilities:

* low interest loans, for those who qualify, with long payback options at 9.9%  
* Winter Warmth, Canada Learning Bond, LEAP, and OESP - utility support

* call or email to arrange an appointment based on your schedule 
Seniors Drop In program 
* Friday 12:15 pm-3 pm 
* exercise, light lunch, guest speakers 
* one weekend a month Russian Seniors Drop in 
* ages 17+ years by Oakmed Family Health team 
* Monday & Thursday by appointment  
The Community Oak Park 
* supportive housing and programs for Adults with Developmental disabilities

Fees Membership - $60 a year or $2 a week per household suggested annual membership for those who are financially able, otherwise it is waived ; Fee assistance available for all paid programs.
