Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Programs and services offered by the Recreation and Culture department work towards being accessible and inclusive to all members of the community including those with:
  • intellectual or physical disabilities  
  • attention and behaviour difficulties  
  • vision and hearing impairments  
  • learning disabilities  
  • allergies  
  • medical conditions
Individuals requiring support services are asked to submit a Participant Profile with their registration which will be shared with instructional staff only
  • support workers are welcome to attend all programs 
  • staff may request additional personal information from the support worker for emergency purposes 
  • even though programs and services are integrated, some individuals may require enhanced support to participate 
  • contact registration staff at 905-338-4250 for more information 
  • visit the website for information on specialized programs
