A service for people with disabilities who are unable to use conventional transit 
* residents must register to use the service and fulfill the eligibility requirements 
* passengers needs are met through accessible vehicles 
* service is supplemented with local taxi providers
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Service Mon-Fri 6 am-12 midnight, Sat 7 am-12 midnight, Sun and statutory holidays 8 am-8 pm

Application * applications must be certified by a medical practitioner and submitted for approval  
* once registered, passengers may book a ride via telephone with the care-A-van office, via automated phone, web, or app
