Description (Service)	Services altered in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) In-person groups are suspended. Currently, the program is offered virtually: Group time: Wed 1 pm – 1:50 pm Participants receive a personalized Zoom invitation once registered for the group --------------------------------------------- A free year round program for parents who are pregnant or have a baby under 6 months of age to offer extra support for those facing challenging life circumstances. Weekly sessions are held on topics to improve the health of moms and their babies. Offers a warm and friendly environment to: meet other expecting moms in your community enjoy a healthy meal or snack with others help you to feel more connected to your community learn about healthy eating for mom and baby with a Registered Dietitian learn about healthy pregnancies and babies with a Public Health Nurse receive a voucher for a free Halton Fresh Food Box receive a voucher for free prenatal vitamin/mineral supplements including vitamin D supplements for breastfed babies receive transportation to and from the program location receive childcare for children under 6 learn about local community supports and services
