The Centre includes:  
* Arts & Crafts Room: capacity for up to 10 people * suitable for visual arts * contains pottery kiln and art tables  
* Auditorium A: capacity for up to 130 people * suitable for parties, meetings and recreation * access to kitchen  
* Auditorium B (can be used with Auditorium A): capacity for up to 130 * suitable for parties, meetings and recreation * elevated stage with stairs * access to Multipurpose Room  
* Boutique Room: capacity for up to 45 people * suitable for meetings and parties 
* Freeman Room: capacity for up to 25 people * suitable for meetings and parties * connected to Indian Point Room with retractable dividing wall 
* Games Room: capacity for up to 40 people * suitable for games and cards 
* Indian Point Room: capacity for up to 30 people * suitable for meetings or parties * connected to Freeman Room with retractable dividing wall  
* Lounge: capacity for up to 50 people * suitable for meetings and dining 
* Multipurpose Room: capacity for up to 24 people * suitable for parties and meetings 
* Port Nelson Room: capacity for up to 70 people * suitable for meetings, parties and recreation * wall of mirrors (can be covered) 
* Wellington Room: capacity for up to 70 people * suitable for meetings, parties and recreation * wall of mirrors (can be covered)

Designated as a local cooling centre during times of extreme heat and a warming centre during times of extreme cold
