* Community Room 1 (suitable for meetings and parties): capacity for up to 65 people * kitchenette 
* Community Room 2 (suitable for meetings and parties): capacity for up to 45 people * access to outdoor patio 
* Meeting Room: capacity for up to 12 people * white board * counter with sink 
* 4 Double Gyms (suitable for recreation and events): capacity for up to 400 people * gyms divided by retractable walls * retractable bleachers 
* concession stand

Haber Hub (suitable for community groups): capacity for up to 20 people * free to community neighbourhood groups providing free activities, programming or events to Burlington residents * two sinks and large cabinet space
