Description (Service) New Dementia Care Centre provides supports for people living with dementia: adult day programs, overnight respite, caregiver support and education

  • Adult Day Program for people living with dementia (Soper Club)
  • integrated Adult Day Program for frail older adults and people with mild dementia (Walmley Club )
  • eight short stay overnight respite beds located in Patty's Place (JIM's Suites) * stays available beginning Nov 1, 2021 *must book 2 nights initially for trial nights * currently only booking Monday to Thursday and will go to 7 days in mid January 2022
  • a 3D immersive technology room (designed specifically for people with dementia)
  • support, education and consultation to people and family affected by Alzheimer's disease and dementia
