Description (Service) Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible

Dementia Care
  • one-on-one caregiver support

Tele-Touch - A telephone reassurance program where volunteer callers phone lonely, isolated or frail older adults and adults with limited mobility, providing friendly conversation, security and reassurance * volunteers call according to a pre-arranged schedule * if the volunteer is unable to reach the client, the agency will follow up until we establish that the client is safe and sound * volunteer opportunities available (apply online)
